The Majestic Theatre has two levels of seating: Orchestra, which is located on the main floor area of the theatre, and Mezzanine, which is located up one flight of stairs and is divided into two sections (Mezzanine and Rear Mezzanine), allowing guests a variety of seating options at a range of prices.

Unfortunately, the theatre is not completely wheelchair accessible. However, there are no steps into the theatre from the sidewalk. Please be advised that Majestic Theatre staff are unable to provide assistance where there are steps either into or within the theatre. Accessible seating for wheelchair users and guests with impaired mobility is available in the Orchestra section, and row AA through H are also accessible without steps. However, there are steps to the Orchestra beginning with row I. The Mezzanine level is located on the 2nd level, up 3 flights (51 steps). On the Mezzanine level, there are approximately 2 steps up/down per row, and entrance to Mezzanine is behind row G of the front Mezzanine. Handrails are available at every stepped-row,except in the Mezzanine and Rear Orchestra, where handrails are only available on the far side aisles.

All areas of seating have excellent views of the stage.
